Saturday
8:30am start in Summer / 9am in Winter (visit Facebook group or check your email for changeover date)
Meeting Place: Chapelfield Gardens Bandstand, Norwich
Social Ride - held at an average 14mph pace, usually 50-60 miles with a café stop half way (check with the Ride Leader re. the meeting place).
Standard Ride - held at an average 16mph pace, however paced to suit all present, usually 50-60 miles with a café stop half way.
Fast Ride - held at a pace between 18 - 20mph, usually 60-70 miles with a café stop half way. Participants should be aware that whilst stated speeds are typical, periods of the ride will be at speeds in excess of 20mph.
Sunday

Sunday Ride - held at an average 14mph pace, usually 40-60 miles with a café stop half way. This group ride will suit beginners.
Faster Ride - held at a pace between 16-18mph pace, however paced to suit all present, usually 50-60 miles with a café stop half way.
Mudguards - All Club Rides
If the roads are wet or rain is forecast then mudguards (including a long rear mud flap) are appreciated by the group. It makes group riding much more pleasurable and keeps your cycling kit clean!

Café stops are arranged in advance and GPX routes are sent to club riders via email / WhatsApp groups to download. Distances stated do not include your ride to the start or your route home.
Non-members are welcome to join the rides to see what we’re all about, but after a few rides with us, there is an expectation that you will join the club.
Members intending to ride need to reply to the WhatsApp group(s) by midday Friday. Non-members please navigate the site menu to the 'About Us' page and click on 'Contact' and email any/all of the addresses and you will get a reply.

The Club does not provide first aid cover or medical support for riders on club rides. In the event of an accident, fellow riders must do all they can to support any injured parties.
