The Monday evening rides start next Monday - 19th May. These will leave from the Eaton Village Sign, meeting at 6.50 pm for a 7pm start.

Indoor cycling course - May 2008

A private hire indoor cycling course of 4 weeks (1per week or 2 depending on interest and commitment) is available in Norwich as from May that will add speed and strenght to your training.

Indoor cycling also known as Spinning (TM) was first invented by Johnny G in the USA combines basic cycling movements with uplifting music for a unique non-impact exercise experience.
 
I am Giovanna and will be your indoor cycling trainer. I have been teaching indoor cycling in Norwich for 2.5 years and combine this type of training to time trials. I am qualified at advanced level in indoor cycling and a Schwinn trained instructor. I am a member of Norwich Amateur Bicycle Club.

I believe that exercising in different ways and under different conditions is the key to improve the body's ability to perform at higher levels. The class is suited to all levels as I adapt intensity and efforts. The course will run if 13 people will sign up. Cost of whole course is £20 per person or the 4 weeks (1 class) paid in advance with the issue of a 4 week non-tranferable ticket. 
 
The course is held at a Norwich private club on possibly a saturday morning or a weekday evening or both. If held twice a week a possible discount may apply.
